Privacy policy
What the app collects
Nothing. The app has no accounts and no sign-in, contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking of any kind, and makes no network requests while you use it. Every dataset it needs — flags, quiz questions, puzzle levels — is built into the app before it ships, which is why it works with no signal at all.
What stays on your device
The app saves your player names and avatars, scores and records, settings, and games in progress — on your device only, so you can carry on where you left off. If something in the app goes wrong, a technical note about the fault is saved on your device too, where you can read it (Settings → Developer → Problems) and delete it. None of this is ever transmitted to us or to anyone else, and uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in your device’s settings, removes all of it permanently.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages, and the above applies to everyone equally: no data is collected from anyone, children included.
The web version and this site
A browser version of the app, and this page, are served as static files by GitHub Pages. We set no cookies and run no analytics here. Like almost any web host, GitHub may keep standard server logs of requests; that is described in GitHub’s privacy statement and is not something we receive or use. In the browser version, your saved games and settings live in your own browser’s local storage, on your machine, and clearing your browser data removes them.
Changes
If the app ever changes what it does with data — for example, an optional feature that shares something with your consent — this policy will be updated first, with a new effective date, before that version ships.
